One of our economic administrators will be away for extended studies. We are therefore looking for a substitute for a fixed-term employment (temporary position) for about a year with the possibility of extension. Start date is as soon as possible and preferably before summer, otherwise by agreement.

We are looking for someone who
is a driven and pedagogical administrator in economics. You will be part of a knowledgeable team consisting of a head of finance, 6 economists, two economic administrators, three local planners, and a caretaker within the administration's service unit. Everyone in the team belongs to the finance department of the care and social services administration.
The finance department has the overall responsibility for leading and developing financial management within the administration and serving as an internal service function in the financial area. The finance unit is also responsible for the administration's premises. We have operations in our own management, on contract, and within the freedom of choice system. The administration has a budget of approximately 2.7 billion SEK.
Job Responsibilities
You will work together with our economic administrator, among other things, with invoice management and internal accounting for the entire administration. You will have contact with all unit administrators in the operations and be a support to them in doing things correctly. Your assignment also includes training new administrators or users in the financial system and the routines and processes that apply regarding invoices and similar.
Your tasks also include questions regarding e-commerce and vehicles. You will also work with accounts receivable and payable, cash accounting, and other recurring financial administrative tasks.
The tasks may vary over time depending on the needs of the operations.
We are looking for someone who
has a financial education, at least a high school diploma in economics or another high school diploma that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is important that you have professional experience in economic administration with similar tasks as described above. It is also an advantage if you have municipal experience in economic administration.
We expect you to have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel. In Lund municipality, we use the financial system Raindance, and if you have experience working in this or similar systems, it is a merit.
As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and can organize and plan your work independently. Furthermore, you are flexible and can maintain concentration and solve problems even when there is a lot happening at the same time. You enjoy collaborating with others, and since you will have contacts with people, both internally and externally, it is important that you are service-oriented and have the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
